What people ask
What counts as a paid seat?
Anyone who can write something: plan a unit, edit the register, log a contact. Someone who only looks costs nothing. A head teacher reviewing, an aide reading the list, a supervisor who signs in once a month: free, however many of them there are.
How do we pay?
Bank transfer or SINPE Móvil. We issue an electronic invoice to the school when you need one. We do not ask for a card and there is no automatic charge.
What happens if we stop paying?
The school moves to the Teacher plan. Nothing is deleted, nobody is locked out of any student's file, and everything written stays. You simply cannot add new seats until it is settled.
Is there a trial?
Yes — 45 days with everything on, projects included. That is long enough to plan a whole unit and teach it, which is the only way to know whether it helps.
We already have a student information system.
BeeCare does not replace it. An SIS holds enrolment, grades and attendance; BeeCare holds planning and accommodations, which is exactly what an SIS does not do.
